Union Volunteer Emergency Squad launches EMS eSchedule

Union Volunteer Emergency Squad (UVES) serves the Town of Union,
located in the Southern Tier of Upstate New York. UVES also provides
mutual assistance to surrounding locales. UVES maintains 8 Ambulances and
2 Flycars from 3 seperate stations. The UVES volunteers are supplemented by highly
trained career EMTs.
UVES consolidated several spreadsheets and old database applications with the implementation of eSchedule. Members and career staff can gain instant access to the most up to date information over the web.
Additionally, full time, part time and per diem career staff can submit their availability online. This feature reduces the time and energy needed to create the schedule. Member certifications and contact information can also be accessed and maintained online.
EMS eSchedule provides Internet based human resource software for Emergency Response Agencies (Ambulance, Advanced Life Support, Fire, helicopter transport, etc.). eSchedule functionality includes scheduling, time and attendance, shift availability, training tracking, certification tracking, and much more. eSchedule can accommodate a variety of organizations including volunteer, mixed staff (volunteer and career) as well as municipal and commercial organizations.
