Penfield Volunteer Emergency Ambulance launches EMS eSchedule.
Penfield, New York
Penfield Volunteer Emergency Ambulance (PVEA) was created by their charter
members to provide first aid and basic life support to the residents of
the Penfield community. They have 3 state of the art ambulances, each
equipped to handle any kind of medical or trauma emergency. Additionally,
they have a first response vehicle to provide the quickest available
personnel to your door.
With the help of eSchedule, PVEA was able to retire its old paper schedule posted in the Dispatcher Room. Now members’ have instant access to the most up to date information over the web. Additionally, crew chiefs can access and update the schedule based on their crew chief schedule. Member clearances, certifications and contact information are routinely imported from their personnel database into eSchedule. Eliminating the need to maintain two databases.
EMS eSchedule provides Internet based human resource software for Emergency Response Agencies (Ambulance, Advanced Life Support, Fire, helicopter transport, etc.). eSchedule functionality includes scheduling, time and attendance, shift availability, training tracking, certification tracking, and much more. eSchedule can accommodate a variety of organizations including volunteer, mixed staff (volunteer and career) as well as municipal and commercial organizations.
