Canandaigua Emergency Squad launches EMS eSchedule.
Canandaigua, New York
Canandaigua Emergency Squad (CES) has helped thousands in the Canandaigua
and surrounding communities since it's inception in 1940. With more than
70 Active Volunteers the squad was able to answer 4,579 calls in 2004.
This call volume is up 13% from the 4,107 calls answered in 2003. With
the continual increase in calls projected to be an additional 10% per
year in 2005 and 2006, Canandaigua Emergency Squad is preparing to better
serve the community in a number of ways. With the help of eSchedule, CES
was able to retire its old paper schedule and post the schedule on the
Internet allowing members’ instant access to the most up to date information.
Member certifications and contact information can also be accessed and
maintained online.
EMS eSchedule provides Internet based human resource software for Emergency Response Agencies (Ambulance, Advanced Life Support, Fire, helicopter transport, etc.). eSchedule functionality includes scheduling, time and attendance, shift availability, training tracking, certification tracking, and much more. eSchedule can accommodate a variety of organizations including volunteer, mixed staff (volunteer and career) as well as municipal and commercial organizations.
