East Coast Ambulance launches EMS eSchedule.
Baltimore, Mayland
Michael Rosellini began East Coast Ambulance and Wheelchair in 1998. After being an EMT for a few years,
he saw an ever increasing need for quality medical transportation. He envisioned a company that delivered
the highest level of service. A company where employees are treated kindly and in turn treat patients with
kindness and respect. His dream became a reality after he purchased his first ambulance when he was only
26 years old. Today, East Coast Ambulance has a fleet of 10 ambulances and 12 wheelchair vans. His 60+
employees are committed to providing the best patient care. East Coast Ambulance is built on the
foundation of compassion, safety and dignity.
East Coast Ambulance (ECA) was previously handling their scheduling with a word document and used manual time sheets for payroll. Scheduling has been simplified with an online system that allows administrators to schedule permanent shifts. Employees now clock in and out based on a set of rules defined by ECA. Exceptions to these rules are quickly processed and sent to payroll. Integration between the schedule and time clock saves time and money.
EMS eSchedule provides Internet based human resource software for Emergency Response Agencies (Ambulance, Advanced Life Support, Fire, helicopter transport, etc.). eSchedule functionality includes scheduling, time and attendance, shift availability, training tracking, certification tracking, and much more. eSchedule can accommodate a variety of organizations including volunteer, mixed staff (volunteer and career) as well as municipal and commercial organizations.
